Eric is the best coach I have ever had. He pushes me out of my comfort zone while encouraging me at the same time. He believes in me and because of that I will always give him my best.

Eric’s training is the best of the best in that he has so much lacrosse experience, gives individual attention to all athletes, can relate to his players, and can train any and every position at all levels. Eric stresses the importance of hard work and my game has improved tremendously because of it.

You never know what you’re going to learn when you practice with Eric, but you can alway expect two things: That you will learn and have fun.

I have been working with Coach Eric for about 6 years now and he has been a huge part of the development of my game. The biggest takeaway I have learned from coach Eric is that not only do you have to work hard at his sessions but you also need to put in the time on your own if you want to be a great player which is exactly what I have done.
